Moving Pictures for 30 years
Moving Pictures was established in 1993. We specialise in converting and transferring old tapes, films, records and casettes on to DVD, memory stick and other digital formats. We primarily serve the Edinburgh area but also cover Fife and The Lothians. We also offer a courier/postal service across the UK for our digital transfers and conversions. Located close to the centre of Edinburgh, just 1 mile from Princes Street, our shop and workshop is located in the Roseburn area of the city on the main Corstorphine Road.
TV and Audio Repairs
As well as video conversions we also provide a TV and Audio Repair Service. Our 3 engineers have many years experience between them in all the services we cover. If you require us to pay an on-site visit to your home or office this can easily be arranged. We aim to give you a time slot within 48 hours of being contacted.
Satellite installation Edinburgh
At Moving Pictures we provide a full satellite installation and repairs service. We can supply, install, adjust and repair all types of Sky TV and digital Freesat systems. If your dish needs adjusted or realigned, or your LNB needs replaced our engineers will be happy to assist. We can also fix satellite boxes and replace worn or faulty leads where required.
Aerial Lead Extension Service
If you would like to extend your television service to other parts of the house we offer an aerial lead extension service to provide you with as many points as you want throughout your home. We cover all areas, even if you are in a low or poor signal spot. We can also service your property no matter what type, size or height of the building.
Extra Extension Points
If you require an extension point to another part of the house we can run extra cables and supply extra boxes wherever required. Our engineers carry all the equipment required to trace and diagnose your fault. We offer a free call out and estimate service and cover all parts of Edinburgh, Fife, The Borders and Lothians (West, East and Mid Lothian).
